Lupus erythematosus profundus (Kaposi-Irgang). Clinical response to hydroxychloroquine sulfate

Abstract

A case of lupus erythematosus with deep seated cutaneous lesions provoked a review of the questions raised by this rare variety of the disease, whether to consider it a modification of the systemic form. Antimalarlal therapy was effective in producing remission.
