Abstract
Injection of Bordetella pertussis vaccine caused an excessive lymphocytosis, associated with an augmented growth of a lymphoma cell homotransplant in mice. A markedly impaired reactive cell proliferation was revealed in the spleens of the vaccine-pretreated mice after stimulation with phytohemagglutinin or Freund's complete adjuvant. Keywords
