Abstract
By means of time-differential observation of perturbed angular distributions of radiation following the nuclear reaction ,, the electric quadrupole interaction frequency of the isomeric state of in zinc metal has been measured as a function of temperature. At room temperature the frequency was determined to be MHz. The temperature dependence is compared with previous results for in cadmium.
