Abstract
A method for the separation of proteins by means of gel filtration applied as a thin layer chromatographic technique is described. Sephadex G-50 and G-75 are useful for the separation of relatively low molecular weight proteins whereas G-100 and G-200 permit separations of proteins with higher molecular weights, i.e. blood serum proteins. The method allows easy detection of enzymic activities after gel filtration. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
