Abstract
Epididymovasostomies and vasovasostomies were used to treat infertility in aseries of 465 men from 1964 to the present. Of the cases availablefor follow-up, duct patency was demonstrated in 42% receiving epididymovasostomies and in 77% receiving vasovasostomies. The specific techniques and the reasons for failures are also discussed.Keywords
