The Bone Marrow in the Anaemia of Pregnancy

Abstract
In 28 of 44 cases the anemia was of the iron-deficiency type with normoblastic marrow. The others were of the pernicious type with dimorphic marrow with the peripheral red cells either microcytic or macrocytic. These various types of anemia are probably phases of the same pathological process etiologically related.Keywords
