Implications of Unequal Charge Asymmetry inKL0→π±e∓νandKL0→π±μ∓ν

Abstract

The possibility is considered that the charge asymmetries ${\delta }_e$ and ${\delta }_{\mu }$ in the decays $K_L^{}{}_{}{}^0\to {\pi }^{\pm }{e}^{\mp }\nu$ and $K_L^{}{}_{}{}^0\to {\pi }^{\pm }{\mu }^{\mp }\nu$ might turn out to be different. Some implications, including a test of $\mathrm{CPT}$, are pointed out.
