Abstract
Phospholipase B has been identified and its activity determined in the venom of a variety of snakes and in bee venom. The pH of optimum activity of tnis enzyme in the venoms examined was between pH 8.5 and 10. The enzyme snowed considerable stability at 100[degree] at pH 7 and was activated by both Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
