Abstract
The (,) reaction has been used to provide the first observation of the nuclide . The value and mass excess were found to be -57.58 ± 0.04 and -6.44 ± 0.04 MeV, respectively. The new mass completes four members of the isobaric quintet and hence serves as a test of the isobaric multiple mass equation.
