Abstract
A conservative upper limit of 4 times the prediction of theory has been determined for the process . The target detector used in a fission flux of 2.8× was a 7.84-kg plastic scintillator arrangement enclosed by 330 kg of NaI and a 2200-liter liquid detector, the latter two operated in anticoincidence with the plastic.
