Abstract
The high-energy -ray spectra following capture in one -wave and three -wave resonances in Nb have been observed with a Ge(Li) detector. The low-lying energy levels of inferred from the data are consistent with those previously reported on the basis of () and low-energy () data. From the observed decay properties of the intial states, the spin assignments for the resonances are inferred to be . The distribution of partial radiative widths for the three -wave resonances is consistent with that predicted by the statistical compound-nucleus model.
