Abstract
In the process of the production of fish protein concentrate (FPC) the isopropanol is recovered, most economically, in the form of an aqueous azeotrope. It has been demonstrated that the azeotrope can be used effectively for processing FPC avoiding the necessity of dehydration. Keywords
