Abstract

CdTe/Hg_1−xCd_xTe multilayers (0.3<x1−xCd_xTe interface has been as small as 0.3 μm for the thin CdTe epilayer. The first CdTe/HgCdTe heterojunction sensitive to ∼2.8 μm at 77 K has been demonstrated.
