Abstract
A study of bile pigments employing the method of reverse phase partition chromatography has been presented. This has included a variety of studies on animals intended to define more clearly the metabolic pathways and interrelationships of the pigments, and an analysis of the pigment patterns observed in the serum and bile of humans and animals with various types of jaundice. This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
