Abstract
A microwave resonance study has been performed in the temperature range K on the system in the spin-glass region (). The low-temperature line broadening and the down shift of the resonant field are better interpreted in terms of topological arguments rather than on the basis of a critical-dynamics model. Evidence of ferromagnetic short-range correlations in the spin-glass phase is presented.
