Abstract
Measurements are reported of the dependence of the dissociative adsorption probability on the incidence angle of nitrogen beam. The supersonic molecular beam of N2 is incident on a W(110) surface mounted in a UHV chamber. The measurements were controlled by a feedback system interfaced to a computer. (AIP)Keywords
