Abstract
Histone-associated RNA of pea chromatin hybridized with a substantial portion of the pea genome. Pea bud nucleohistone contains approximately 8% as much RNA as DNA, and approximately one half was recovered associated with histone after banding of nucleohistone in CsCl.Keywords
