Abstract
The chromatographic behavior was studied of porphyrin esters under standardized conditions. MgO and MgCO3 possess certain advantages for porphyrin chromatography. The nautrally occurring dicarboxylic porphyrins may be separated chromatographically upon CaCO3 or on MgO columns. Keywords
