Abstract
A linear delta modulation (LDM) codec has been produced with a p-channel aluminum-gate MOS IC process technology. A distortion, which is produced by granular size fluctuation, is discussed. The conclusion is obtained that an MOS integrated LDM codec, which is applicable to voice communication purposes, can be produced. Keywords
