Abstract
This paper reports measurements of the spatial distribution of the electron-hole droplet (EHD) cloud as a function of sample thickness. The results provide evidence for the ballistic motion of the EHD and the nonsphericity of the EHD cloud, and bring the previously reported spatial distribution measurements of Martin, Feldman, and Worlock et al. more closely into agreement with one another. Keywords
