Asymmetric-Rotator Model in thes−dShell

Abstract

The asymmetric-rotator model based on the non-axially-symmetric Hartree-Fock field is applied to ${\mathrm{Mg}}^{24}$, to ${\mathrm{S}}^{32}$, and to their odd-even neighbors. Relations between the earlier particle-hole treatment and the asymmetric-rotator model for the $K=2\mathrm{}$ band of ${\mathrm{Mg}}^{24}$ are investigated.
