Abstract
Three immunologically distinct pyrogenic exotoxins derived from group A streptococci [Streptococcus pyogenes] cause coagulation of Limulus amoebocyte lysate. These exotoxins were several thousand times less active for lysate coagulation than [Salmonella typhosa] gram-negative endotoxin. This publication has 30 references indexed in Scilit:
