Abstract
We describe three patients with pemphigus vulgaris, who during treatment with low doses of immunosuppressive drugs developed persistent keratotic or vegetating skin lesions. Direct immunofluorescence (IF) examination of these lesions showed the typical findings of pemphigus.Keywords
