Glycolysis of triose derivatives by extracts of tumour and of muscle1

Abstract
Different relative concs. of enzymes necessary for muscle and tumor glycolysis were demonstrated, 1st in the properties of the products formed on incubating glycogen with the respective tissue extracts in the presence of phosphate and NaF, and 2nd, in the failure of tumor extracts to catalyse the reaction between triosephosphate and pyruvate in the absence of added cozymase.
