Abstract
We show that the Ising model in three dimensions with a small random magnetic field has two phases at low temperatures, i.e., that its lower critical dimension is at most two. This is shown by our devising an exact renormalization-group flow which takes the theory to the zero-temperature, zero-field fixed point. Keywords
