Abstract
By means of solvent partition, countercurrent distribution and fluorimetric analysis extracts of human semen were shown to contain estrone, estradiol-17[beta] and estriol. Concentrations were approximately 60, 10, and 30 [mu]g/liter, respectively. The bulk of the seminal estrogens was present in the free form.
