Abstract
In phosphate and phosphate-phthalate soln., Cu accelerates the rate of destruction of thiamine. On addition of tartrate, citrate or glycine, both acceleration and deceleration of destruction were observed, due to complex anion formation. Fe, Zn and Ni in the presence of citrate also modified the reaction velocity. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
