PRIMARY MYXEDEMA WITH SECONDARY ADRENOCORTICAL FAILURE

Abstract
A case is described with the clinical and laboratory picture of Addison''s Disease, who, by further study, was found to have clear evidence of myxedema. Laboratory studies also confirmed presence of mild pituitary dysfunction. Dramatic response to dessicated thyroid alone was considered final proof of the nature of the disease in this case.
