Abstract
Methods for the quantitative separation of vits. D from interfering sterols and vit. A were developed. The methods involve removal of provits. and precipitable sterols by differential solubility and precipitation with digitonin under controlled conditions and a single chromatographic analysis on f loridin earth. The destruction of vit. A on floridin earth was studied.Keywords
