Abstract
Studies were carried out on the amount of chronic blood loss in patients with hookworm, S. haematobium, S. mansoni and Trichuris trichiura infections. Significant amounts were lost in the first 2 infections; and a considerable difference was found in the blood loss caused by the 2 human species of hookworm.This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
