Abstract
Intracorporeal papaverine self-injection is a new therapy for erectile dysfunction. Although reports of side effects are few, complications, such as priapism and fibrosis, have been described. We report a case of papaverine-induced obliteration of the corpus cavernosum with resulting inability to place a penile prosthesis. Keywords
