Abstract
We report studies of the reactions of F atoms with cis‐1,2‐, trans‐1, 2‐ and 1, 1‐dichloroethylene by the method of crossed molecular beams. We find that for the products of Cl emission the recoil energy distributions, deduced from product laboratory angular distributions, are consistent with existence of a reaction complex in which almost all vibrations participate in the partitioning of energy. Keywords
