He3(γ,d)H1cross section from 10 to 21 MeV

Abstract
A measurement of the He3(e,d)H1 90° differential cross section between 10 and 21 MeV was made. The He3(e,d)H1 cross section was converted into a He3(γ,d)H1 cross section. The shape of the He3(γ,d)H1 cross section agrees with recent theoretical calculations. We find no evidence for the anomalies (structure) in the He3(γ,d)H1 90° differential cross section at excitation energies of 14.5 and 19.5 MeV reported in two recent experiments.
