Abstract
Intraven. admn. of protamine to lipemic dogs causes an increase in visible lipemia. The effect can be repeated several times and is an entirely in vivo process. The change after protamine is not due merely to it''s anti- heparin nature. 2 other antiheparins, namely, toluidine blue and neutral red are ineffective. Protamine fails to be effective after the admn. of lipase. Keywords
