Abstract
The carbamido-diacetyl reaction of Fearon is made the basis of a method whereby, through the use of a photoelectric colorimeter, small quantities of citrulline may be estimated with an error not exceeding 2%. Procedures are described for overcoming certain difficulties that arise in the application of the method to tissue analysis. Incidentally a comparison is made of the reactivities to Fearon''s test of various carbamido-acids and other urea derivatives. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
