A universal plot for the temperature dependence below the minimum in the resistivity of amorphous Fe-Ni alloys

Abstract
The low temperature electrical resistivity of amorphous FexNi75−xP16B6Al3(0⩽x⩽15) and FeyNi80−yP14B6 (0⩽y⩽27) was studied through the spin‐glass and ferromagnetic regimes. All the samples showed a resistivity minimum at Tmin. which depends upon composition. When appropriately scaled, the resistivity vs. T curves of these two types of alloys can be reduced to a single universal curve. The origin of this resistivity behaviour is discussed.
