Abstract
ACTH and cortisone did not influence typhoid-paratyphoid antibody levels if given simultaneously, 10 min. or 2 hrs. before vaccination. If immunization was preceded by 7 days of hormone treatment, antibody production was decreased, number of plasma cells in the spleen diminished. Keywords
