Abstract
Succinic dehydrogenase activity in various organs of guinea-pigs treated with thiouracil was tested histochemically. The thyroid epithelium showed an intense enzymatic activity. Femoral muscle, kidney, liver, stomach, pancreas and parotid gland showed a decreased succinic dehydrogenase activity. Cardiac muscle showed no change. Keywords
