Abstract
The static model with one-pion approximation is applied to inelastic processes. The D to F ratio of the octet baryon (B8)B8-octet axial-vector meson coupling and the D to F ratio of the B8B8-octet vector meson M1 coupling are found to be equal to that of the B8B8-octet pseudoscalar meson coupling which is about 2. The D to F ratio of the B8B8-octet scalar meson coupling is found to be about -0.6. The mass splittings of decuplet and 35-plet baryons are calculated assuming the tadpole model.
