Abstract
WE have continued our study of timed-disintegration capsules to amplify the description of the disintegration pattern and to compare the x-ray visualization of the breakdown of the capsules with blood-level determinations by pentaerythritol tetranitrate.LiteratureBefore publication of the in vivo roentgenographic study1 little could be found in the literature relating to timed-disintegration capsules.
