Abstract
The use of HPLC [high performance liquid chromatography] for the separation of various peptide diastereoisomers without the need for sample pretreatment is described. The effect of the concentration of acetonitrile in the mobile phase on the retention of peptides on ODS[octadecyltrichlorosilane silica gel]- and Cyanopropyl-bonded phases is discussed and compared with the effect of methanol. The use of temperature and pH to control the relative retention of peptide on cyano phase is also discussed. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
