Abstract
A procedure is described for the quantitative determination of amino compounds separated by paper chromatography. The procedure is of general applicability, and more specifically has been extensively applied to the standard P-E-PP and P-E-T chromatograms. Recovery data from these chromatograms have been obtained, and the various factors influencing the accuracy of analysis are discussed. Keywords
