Abstract
Doppler-shift attenuation measurements have yielded lifetimes of fs for the , 2211-keV level and fs for the , 3403-keV level in . In conjunction with measurements in and , these results establish the linear relation between and for , analog transitions. These results and other data for neighboring -shell nuclei show that the isoscalar strenghts of → transitions are less enhanced for than for nuclei.
