Abstract
The self-consistent crystalline Hartree-Fook X-ray structure factors and directional Compton profiles in the impulse approximation are given for cubic boron nitride. The first four structure factors agree within experimental error with the measurements of R. J. Weiss. The calculated Compton profiles are tabulated for the 100, 110, 111, 112 and 221 directions. The calculated profiles are several per cent above ‘the experimental profiles for small momentum transfer. The spread due to directional dependence is 5% at zero momentum transfer. Keywords
