Abstract
Four cases of malignant choroidal melanoma were treated with the antifibrinolytic agent tranexamic acid (Cyklocapron). One patient treated for 6 mo. showed no progression in tumor growth. Three eyes were enucleated, and histological examination revealed that the tumors were surrounded by fibrin. No side effects of treatment were observed. Keywords
