Abstract
The spectral reflectances of the skin of 12 young Whites, 4 Negroes and 2 Japanese were recorded for the 1029[1956] TEETH AND ASSOCIATED STRUCTURES 10471-10481 range 0.7-2.6 u. Above 1.2u all curves are practically identical and show primarily the absorption bands of water. Appreciable differences related to differences in pigmentation appear only below 1 u.Keywords
