Abstract
The electrical conductivity, the translational, reactive, and internal thermal conductivity and the viscosity have been calculated for nitrogen at 1‐atm pressure and temperatures from 5000‐35 000°K. Generally satisfactory agreement is noted between the properties as computed and measured in the electric arc. Keywords
