Abstract
The propagation of NDV in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells maintained in vitro is described. After prolonged serial passages in vitro, multiplication of the virus occurs in the tumor in vivo, and in the later passage levels is accompanied by cytological and biological evidence of oncolysis. Keywords
