Abstract
Tables are represented giving the Cu and Fe content of cortex, thalamus and striatum, and liver in normals, in 1 case of jaundice, and in 3 cases of hepato-lenticular degeneration. There was a considerable retention of Cu in the tissues in hepato-lenticular degeneration. The writer discusses the possibility of this being a metabolic disorder similar to hemochromatosis. Keywords
