Abstract
A 10 year experience in the chemotherapy of leukemia, Hodgkin''s disease and related disorders is discussed. Clinical experiences with such agents as methyl-bis ([beta]-chlorethyl) amine hvdrochloride (nitrogen mustard), triethylene melamine (TEM), 1,4-dimethanesul-phonoxybutane (Myleran), ethyl carbamate (urethane), 4-amino-pteroylglutamic acid (Aminopterin), 4-amino-N10-methylpteroyl-glutamic acid (Amethopterin), adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH), cortisone, and 6-mercaptopurine (Purinethiol) are described.Keywords
